    any OTC meds to help with bloat?

    i'm doing test cyp (400mg), deca (200mg), and 5iu GH. i've been taking .5mg of arimidex ED but my hands this morning were a little swollen.

    the a-dex is probably the best thing you can do to help cut that bloat. diuretics are kind of beating o nyour kidney's...

    dandelion root is supposed to be a safe natural diuretic.
