in that case i would go with the nolva, run it at 10mgs ed and if needed 20mgs ed

If you are looking to stop bloat/gyno I would suggest Adex. If you are only concerned about gyno...I would suggest Ndex.


PS I would also suggest not doing an oral only cycle.

Okay...Just to make sure I have this right.

If gyno is my biggest/only concern then Nolva is the best.

If Im concerned with bloating etc also then arim.


Ill do some more homework but...since this is my first....maybe only time with anadrol, gyno is my main concern. I will run nolvadex.

But isnt arimidex a little to strong?? you need a lot of estrogen to bulk, you just want to eliminate the absolute excess. Nothing more. is arimidex pretty darn strong and stops a lot of estrogen from being converted to?

arimidex is great for cutting the water and helping you dry out at the end of your cycle.

you seem like a beginner, and you still havn't meantioned if your doing anadrol alone or are you running some test with it-a little test with it would be nice, but at any rate 20mg nolva / day should be adequate. if you really want a chizled look-then you could add arimidex..

This will be number two for me. So, yeah I am sorta new. Thank you for the bottom line advice. That is what I wanted. There seemed to be conflicting information from people I talk to and what I read. The 2005 Ref Guide seems to agree. And yeah there will be some test.

i personally have no idea why anyone uses anything but a-dex. it stops the production of estrogen therefore all related sides. i feel .5 mg a-dex is all any bb needs and i think in time the others will be obsolete. if you do enough research you will not believe those who say estrogen is good for buiding muscle....bs
