    clen dosages

    anyone know the proper clen dosages for women? My wife wants to take it, but the recommended 40-200mcg is for men. Opinions?

    My girlfriend gos up 2 100mcg before a show but everyone is diffrant she may only be abel to handel 20mcg. Tell het to start low and work her way up.

    20 huh? hmmm I have 40mcg tabs. Maybe 1/2 for 1st day

    I dont THink 40 would hurt her but better to start low and better to take 20mcg thruw out the day if she dose go higher and I wouldnt take them past 6 pm or could mess with sleepy time.
