Cod liver oil and Omega 3 fish oils when cycling.
Iv been advised i should take cod liver oil and omega 3 fish oils when cycleing, also multivitamins if i have them.
Could someone please expalin why i should do this and what each of the supplements will do or aid me in this cycle.

becasue a multi-viatmin is just a good idea... plain and simple. omega 3 fish oil is nice, provides you with the good fats. I prefer flax oil though, something with more fat burning characteristic
