    Question Adding winny question?

    im currently on a 750mg per week sust 250 cycle, im in week 8 ..... i have enough amps of sust to run till the end of aug making me have a 15 or 16 weeker..... i have a couple bottles of winny liquid and wanted to know if i could add the winny now instead of waiting till my last 3 or four weeks of the sust and running for 3 weeks after last cycle......

    this is currently my fourth cycle
    im 27 245lbs bf% 12-14

    just basically looking to get ripped more.....i just came off some clen/cytomel ...if that affects any advise

    Sure you can, do some more cardio in the morning up it 50% so if you are powerwalking, which will do you best for fat loss, for 30 minutes bump to 45 minutes. Watch your diet. Throw in that winny for good measure.

    is it oral or injectable? oral id say 50mg- 100mg/day and if its injectable 50mg/day will be suitable. id run the winny for 6 weeks towards the end of your cycle that way you can start your PCT the day after your last shot of winny. youll be doing 3 weeks of only winny while waiting for the sust to clear your system and start your PCT.

    50% is best for fatloss??
    i heard 65-75% first thing in the morning empty stomach

    He was talking about upping his cardio time, not heartrate. 45 minutes is 50% more than 30 minutes.

    umm i heard the word "POWER WALKING" i don;t think that yields HR of 65//
