testo enanthate beginner dosage, please help?

hey can someone please help me?

3 weeks ago i started using testo enanthate ...i bought two glasses of 250 mg
the glasses
the person i bought them from told me to use 2 ml twice a week, started out with 1 ml, then 1,5 ml the next time...and then with 2 ml every week, twice....then i speaked to another person that i know better, and he have much more experience with anabolics... he said that to use 2 ml was totally wrong for me, and said take 1 ml every third day.... He was kind of shocked when he heared me using dosages that high..... this is my first time using anabolics and i am concerned that i have overdosed my body.... im pretty small and skinny, but are pretty well trained for my size... my weight is 60 kg... who should I listen to? or should i listen to them at all...

please help, i dont wanna hurt my self

and i was wondering if my testo could be fake, its a big bottle..with blue top and its sealed professionally...

on the bottle there is a sticker:

Testo enanthate
250 mg/ml
For instramuscular injecton only

at a weight of 60 kg you don't need steroids ,you need a good diet and heavy workout schema with plenty of rest.

shoot twice a week mon and thur 1 cc each injection

1 cc, how much is that in ml?

1cc of wat you have should be 1 ml if 1ml is 250mg.you should be doin that twice weekly.

you honestly dont even need 500mg for a first cycle. hell i know plenty of people that grow like weeds off of 300 mg.

if i were you id do 1.5ml once a week for the first cycle. i think youll like the results.

now you do have stuff for your post cycle correct?
