About me: 40yrs old, 188lbs, 5'10", body fat ~22%? (If I lost 14lbs I'd be lean). Cardio workout 3x week, weight training 3-4x week. Been working out for 25+ years.
Seem to max out on muscle mass/strength at the same point, always. Trying to push past always leaves me injured.
Would like to try a cycle to see if I can add 10-15lbs of muscle and break through that barrier.
1. Don't want to screw around with my liver and from what I've read these past few days (since finding this site I've been getting quite an education), oral stuff tends to do that. Can this be dropped? Or is there an injectable that would make a suitable substitute?
2. Planning on injecting 2x week, just splitting the weekly dose in 1/2...sound right?
3. Clomid seems to be the post cycle choice of most? Any other recommendations?
4. Best anti-E to use (there seem to be to many choices)? This should be kept on hand in case of tender nipples...right? Otherwise, don't use.
Any suggestions/modifications would be appreciated.
