..I'd start tren enan @ around 300mg/week...You can always bump up the dosage after 4-5 weeks if you feel you need more...No comment on the Sustanon (not a fan of multiple esters)....

...I think 12 weeks is plenty with tren enan...10 weeks with tren ace...
