it depends how much you are using, but normally people take it an hour or two before workout for an amazing sometimes painful pump.
i always took it an hour before i worked out. but that was when i was taking 1 pill a day..when i went up to 2, i would take one at 8am, then another before i worked out...aprox. 4pm. by doing that, i had a pretty constant level of it in my system during the day

The half-life of anadrol is approximately 12 hours, so you would do better to take your medicine more than an hour before lifting. Anadrol gets an undeserved bad rap. It is an excellent product for mass and strength......no, you won't lose it all when you are done if you make it the kick starter of a longer cycle, and eat like crazy. Sure, it has some toxicity.....as does all orals. If I have to take 10 to 15 dbols to equal the results of one or two A50's, am I ahead in protecting my liver? Take the proper precautions, and keep it short and you will be fine.
I like anadrol a lot....results are a sure thing, esp. with Green Giants.
i didn't keep much of my gains when i stopped using it as a kickstart.. they are great for leading up to a powerlifting comp. but as far as keeping gains, i didnt like it very much
