    dnp whats the differnce?

    is there a big diffence in non crystaline and crystaline?

    cause i used non cyrstaline at 400mg a day for 2 weeks and noticed nothing but dark piss and constant sweating

    id say i have about 14 % bodyfat

    not that i kno of.. everyone reacts different once u stop ur dnp cycle and loose all the water retention u will notice if it worked or not.

    i had zero water retension, and i was drinking 2 gallons a day

    how long was ur cycle? how clean was ur diet? and how long ago did u come off?

    i probly did this 2 months ago, cycle was going to be 21 days but after 14 and not any results at all i stoped, also before i started i had 3 day carb depletion.

    diet was probly 3000 caliories, 50 percent carbs 30 percent protien and 20 percent fat and sugar

    Too much carbs even though DNP works no matter what but it is no magic cap, u must have a solid diet and do cardio 3-4times/week.

    I recommend 150-200g of carbs on workout days and a little under 100g on off days, also most/all of your fat(less than 30g/day) should come from EFAs.
