Hi again everyone, after listening to all of your advice on different matters this is what I am planning on doing from next week as I am trying to bulk up.
I am guessing that there isn’t enough food on this list and too many protein shakes but I am just starting out and hopefully when I get bigger so will my appetite.
Just wondering if you could give your opinion and is there any major mistakes I haven’t seen.
Also I heard there is a vitamin that is good for combating acne, any ideas??
500mg test-e/week, weeks 1-11 (250mg every 3.5 days)
400 mg deca/week, weeks 1-10 (200 mg every 3.5 days)
