Is it damaged, or can it still be used. Ive been reading that all i need to do is melt it back down... 350 degrees, keep it in for a min. and take it out. Repeat till melted. Either that or melt it in hot water, but id have to dot hat everytime i need to shoot.

it needs an emulsafier added bb will do .....Vett is right you can buy bb a steril vial , .2 filter, 20 ml syringe and benozle benzolate (sp ) click the BB ...It is easy to do. I would send it back. ..if you can

Getting gear like that is unacceptable. I'd contact the source before you go trying to fix his fu*kup (and don't bake it).
