ASS and creatine after cycle

Hello everyone I just finished my cycle of deca and test e.

can some one help me , when is ok to start taking creatine and ECA after the pct or is it ok to take something after the last test injection ??

First, I think you should change your title to AAS not ASS. ASS is something you sit on.

Anyways, when you take creatine should have nothing to do with your cycles. Creatine should not affect your cycles, and you don't need to stop after a cycle.

As for an ECA stack, I would think this is the same as creatine in terms of how to take it during cycles. Just take it as normal. Of course, there may be something about this stack that could screw up your cycle that I don't know of.

sorry about the ass my mistake , I did my last injection last thursday and I was thinking to start taking creatine and maybe an ECA is there any problem doing that ?

Haha i love it whenever someone makes a mistake and puts ASS. The sentence always turns out funny.

Like I said man, creatine should not affect your cycle in any way. Just run it year round. As for ECA's affect on your cycle, I am not 100% on this but I also think it would be ok to run it whenever you normally would.

lol..anyways..i don't use creatine during cycle, i've been taught its not doing much for me while on...but i use after cycle for sure..right after last injection!!

after the last inject in corect not during your ass cycle, although I doubt it would hurt.

A lot of people use creatine after a cycle (from PCT onwards) in order to help keep more of the gains.

I use ass throughout my cycle.
