WTF is going on here??

I'm hoping you guys can give me a hand. I'm into my third week of test e @ 400mgs a week and I feel great. starting to feel it this week and already up 7 pounds ( ya I know its water) Anyway I have been a lil paro about the gyno so I have been feeling around quite a bit.....I noticed I have what feels like a strand of lil lumps that run from just outside my nip towards and kind of underneath my armpit.....what is it?? I can't help but to freak myself out thinking it could be the start of something.....I haven't had any soreness can't really say I have been itchy just a tingle here and there...so I don't think its gyno.....my nips aren't quite as flat as usuall but I'm guessing this is normal while on... oh I'm currently taking 20mg of nolva a day..........let me know what you guys think!!!

yeah I was considering trying some letro but I'm not so sure that it is gyno...like I said I"m not sore at all...Iget a burning sensation once and while as well.....ANYONE experience what I am going through?

ok so what I"m getting from all your responses is that its totally possible to get gyno without any of the common symptoms?....I have searched like crazy before asking !! the best I could find was it maybe fat deposits from the high estrogen levels
