hey guys..
just wondering how you guys and gals felt about this cycle i am about to start... i am not looking for HUGE gains.. i am currnetly 185 8% BF 6-1... my goal is to get to 200 lbs and maintain.. i feel i will be over shooting 200 to about 210 and then droping down to 200 to keep gains.

400 mgs deca norma/week 8 weeks
250 sust/week 8weeks
20 mgs dbol 3 weeks.

if you guys think i should extend to 10 weeks which i was thinking of doing anyway please let me know..if i should.

ofcoarse clomid and nolv for post cycle treatment.. along with milk thistle during dbol cycle...

i think i have my training and discipline in the gym down to a science for MY body... other then that ill take any advice anyone is willing to give

one more thing guys i am prone to gyno my tits were pretty sore on the first cycle of deca and sust.. when should i start taking nolvadex and how much...

Up the d-bol to 35mgs e/d
Up the Sus to 500mgs a week.
That should get u 30lbs as long as you eat...
