    acne help!!!!!!!

    is the acne caused from steriods different from the acne cause from when you were a teen?????? and steriods cause acne on the face?????

    A good person to ask is Crank'instein, he wrote an amazing article on fighting acne, especially for people on AAs...he has his own site.. www.hardcorecanadians.com you will find the article there..it may possibly be here also.

    I was recommended vit b-5 for acne, just started yesterday, but heard a gram to 3 helps alot!

    ya like point out above tanner can do wonders for covering blemishes and drying out. in fact many doctors actual refer some patients to tanning beds...at least they did my buddy and insurance paid for it too!

    well if u were prone to them as a kid u will experience them a lot more. I think on your face most commonly u will get a few on ur forehead and some around ur chin. U with repeated use and high doesages u will get odd big ones on your back and shoulders. Later on down the line u can get them on your chest. Some people get dots alover their bodies, some just those odd big ones. Depends on what ur taking really too. I took some anti-biotic after my last cycle and it was cool, but people who take acutane get awesome results. Even those ive seen do it again. Tanning beds they say give u scars but they help dry up what u have, maybe scars if u mess with them.

    i take 10mg accutane usally with each course and not even one spot will come up! but the doctor told me try to take antibiotics instead and vitamine b5 and see how you go beacuse he told me they are much safer then accutane because its hard on the liver!

    and i like keeping the test dosages low like 400 mg weekly never more so i will me safe and i take 400 deca weekly to which is low androgenic it safe aswell!
