    Running Novla during cycle?

    Im taking 250mg test Cyp x2 a week and 400mg EQ once a week. Do I really need to run novla during or can I just wait until pct? 2nd shot of test today no sign of sides

    No, you don't need Nolva on cycle. Keep it for your PCT; you're doing just fine! You can run an AI on cycle though, just to make sure your estro levels are kept in check like letro at .25ml ED.

    Nolva is terrible to run during cycle...

    You need an AI for gyno on cycle...

    Thanks, But has anyone just ran test and not had to run AI's? In many first cycle i've seen as light a mine no one said to run anything but nolva or colmid, which I took there advice i was just goin to save them for pct

    Iv'e never touched a serm or ai in the 20yrs iv'e been using steroids .

    In Test only cycles, an AI on cycle is not necessary... but it is a precaution against a high rise in estro levels. Again, it is not necessary.

    OK, you are not making any sense and prompted me to ask you for stats as obviously, we all missed to ask you that! Do you know about PCT????

    I haven't been lift as much as I should have for the last 6 months and Im paying dearly for it.. I was 190 9%bf, this is my first cycle, if you don't include M1T when It was legal in 04

    mid lunchne can tuna+natural valley whole grain bar
    lunch turkey sandwich usaully
    snack beef jerky
    protein shake
    gym
    dinner chick or skeak with veggie's and and corn
    this was yesterday's diet...
    Now keep in mind I haven't been on a diet until last week and I paided for it..

    coffee sux, have oatmeal instead of bread
    mid lunchne can tuna+natural valley whole grain bar
    those bars suck, eat a potato instead
    lunch turkey sandwich usaully
    again, less bread- more good carbs
    snack beef jerky
    dont snack have a good meal
    protein shake
    shakes go post workout
    gym
    dinner chick or skeak with veggie's and and corn
    add a little potato
    this was yesterday's diet...
    Now keep in mind I haven't been on a diet until last week and I paided for it

    I've never been about 11% bf, before now it was like a wake up call to hear that!!! I've alway's been a hard gainer so it was easy to stay lean.. Now I look at a Happy meal cross eyed it seems like a put on 10lbs...lol

    dinner chick or skeak with veggie's and and corn
    NO CORN, what kind of steak and veggies, your last meal should have a slow digesting protein(casein, which is the protein found in milk), so add some cottage cheese
    this was yesterday's diet...
    Now keep in mind I haven't been on a diet until last week and I paided for it..
    Your BMR is 1911cal but you need to multiply it by your activity level and tell what what you get

    Sedentary = BMR X 1.2 (little or no exercise, desk job)
    Lightly active = BMR X 1.375 (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk)
    Mod. active = BMR X 1.55 (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk)
    Very active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk)
    Extr. active = BMR X 1.9 (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2X day training, i.e marathon, contest etc.)

    be honest, if you're not then you are only hurting yourself

    I also need you macros for the food so take some time and write down what you eat and how much pro/carbs/fats it has in it and add that into the diet you wrote out earlier

    how often do you eat? do you want to bulk or cut? what are your goals? help me out here
