What kind of proteins?

I was just wandering what kinda supplement everbody uses. I've always been a big fan of muscleTech, but with the cost of my first cycle I'm wondering if I should compromise and buy some cheaper off brands. Also, just out of curiosity what kinda AA's and herbal suff does everyone take.

bro, if you want to bulk go with prolab NLarge, i'm taking that right now. Muscletech is not worth the price imo.

I was only interested what fellow juciers were using not everybody in general. (no flame recieved)

As for the wicked gas and stomach aches most definitly, but i have had my best gains of their products. my cycle is still in the works, but goes like this.
week1 750 sust
week2-8 500 sust

week 1-8 400 deca
week 5-8 whinny 1pill evd Arimidex 1/2 evod
and of course clomid
I've got this much for sure, but I'm debating adding two more weeks of suston to solidify my deca gains. However, the whinny should do a pretty good job of this so i'm left in a debate. I've been advisded to make it a 10 week cycle anyway but it's my first and I realy don't think that it is necessary. Any suggestions would be greatly apprieciated.

I gotta agree, but its ok. THere are a million threads on protein there already. And yes I drop protein bombs everywhere... its good for keeping ppl away from your workout station while you get a drink of water between sets
