i got them all the damn time, and I DID drink a buttload of water. I love tren , but its not for cardio training. I cramped all the time and my endurance went way down...However, I got huge.... so u gotta weigh the pros and cons.

So your cramps were due to the tren , and not just fatigue or lack of water????

Day or night? I get them at night. I always drink a bunch of water before bed and keep some by the bed for a midnight slurp or two. If I wake up with a cramp I quaff some water right away. Amazing how quickly it helps. Really sucks getting hamstring cramps first thing in the morning trying to boink the ol lady. She thinks it's funny but it isn't.

I get them in the legs and abs, abs are the worst though ...5 minutes into my ab routine and I'm locked up like a little old lady with a hunch back. Painful. I drink plenty of water and consume vasts amounts of potassim when on tren more so than any other gear, but it still happens to me. Hell Boy, your the third person that has said taurine works well, have not tried it but will have to put in an order to A.R.

Winny has similar affect on me, this is going to be the last time for the winny though, just to hard on my joints.
