    Unhappy 17year old 6.2" 150lbs ,steroids and football

    I play football its me senior year and im very skinny my bench max is 165 witch im proud of.

    What should I take and how much...?

    plz help I might get hurt doing it ...
    and that wont stop me
    oh and season is a month away.....plz help

    first off your to young to take steroid 's

    second your to under weight to take steroid's

    third you need to be 18 to be on this site sorry bro you will get banned but don't do roid's and **** yourself up

    Steroids will ruin you. Take protein supplements and creatine. Doing things because you are desparate and doing them even though they may hurt you is not good first of all. Second of all steroids wont magically make you into something you are not. Not worth it at all in my opinion.

    serious, take, proteine, some creatine, carbs, vitamines and WORK OUT, and REST!

    NOTHING is give you wonders in one month.

    Honestly i find nothing wrong with juicing early. But i disagree with just going on a steroid board and in one day finding a cycle and starting steroids the next week.

    You need to do a lot more research in what you are getting yourself into. Steroids aren't magic you need to work to. Research for 4-6 months and then you will know if you wan't to get into something this dangerouse.

    Go to the DIET forum and find a good clean BULK diet.

    i have taken so many differrent types of protein and creatine

    i just want to juice up a little a couple weeks too get a small increase
    im not expecting anything great. but i heard thatim too skinny and that i might have a stroke thats why i wanted a real opinion on how to take them safetly for my weight

    5.3? honestly thats really bad. ill give u a lil tip. its better than steroids . join football, but also join track! itll really help you out

    too young dude...don't want to hurt yourself permanently...you should check into the diet forum and workout forum on here... at 17, your test levels should be high enough to be making great gains..you could put on 10 solid pounds of muscle in a couple of months with just proper diet and workout regime. juice is not a miracle drug bro. and if used to young or wrong..can hurt you for the rest of your life.

    Hey pal..I feel pain. Been there, done that(Prohormones) DONT DO IT. At your height, you can easily gain 2-4 Lbs a week for like a month IF you eat correctly and train Balls to the wall. I know this because i did it, and i only 5'7. Unfortunatley after my first week of going on a clean bulk diet, I lost what i gained and a little more because i had my wisdom teeth moved and i couldnt eat as much for a bout a week and a half. I was at 147...7% BF, then gained 5 lbs my first week...then yea, teeht removed. I made me a 5000 caloric diet..which had about 280 grams of protien in it..and 110 grams of fat Dont Take steroids ..Take in Calories and prtoien and tons of rest.

    Bro listen man takiing steroid now isnt gonna make you first string, you need to start eatiing, and start training. I THOUGHT about taking aas in high school too but its not worth it man, take some creatine, and eat lots of food and run, run, run. At 5.3 you got alot of work to do, I was a offensive/Defensive lineman bro at 175 6' (Yeah i was way outa place but i could Fvckin move thats why i played there) and i was runnin a 4.6 so if you wanna play hit the track no doubt and just go crazy stick some Muthafvckers when you get on the fields and trust me youll be first string.

    6.2 150 is skeletor. f*** ...im 6.4 219. play football as well...creatine, methyltest, protein,.....something that wont mess you up or promote any injuries
