Amp opener required?

I have glass amps of Test E and was wondering if i will need an amp opener or if it's possable to just break the amp at the top and insert the pin.

yes i never use amp openers..just hold the bottom of amp. and grab to top of the amp and snap the top off...always breaks clean for me.

i actually used to use a pin cap..but decided to try with hands...no difference..just some quick tention on the top and POP it comes off. try it.

i use a sharpie pen cap.it fits perfect in the cap and only the top that is being snapped off it sticking above the cap. i just grag the top of the ampule with a paper towel and snap off real quick.

easy enough to break top off, i've seen amp openers on ebay

An amp opener is superior to cracking it. Trust me, when you use an amp opener you will never have any glass shards or cracking amps.

Use the snap method for now, but look into the opener. They are 6 bucks for christ's sake.

The first time I used my amp opener I just about crushed the entire amp! lol

I have never used an amp opener. Bic pen cap for me. Never had a problem, ever.

Bic pen cap works remarkably well if U don't push it down all the way onto the amp.

i have cut myself opening amps with a pen cap, its only happend once but now i put a thin towel around the amp while opening it with a pen cap.
