    Can u gain a significant amount of musle mass on a cuttin cyle ?

    Can u gain a significant amount of musle mass on a cuttin cycle ?
    Like about 15 pounds depending on if ur eating right and training hard. If so how do u fidn the happy medium of not over eating and still be able to cut and get size??

    Steriods don't make you get cut, diet and cardio do. If you eat enough, super-clean calories + cardio and take like prop/eq/win/arimidex , then you should be able to put on some lean mass and maybe drop the bf%.

    I've never tried this, so this is all my theory.

    you cant cut and bulk at the same time. you need to do one or the other bro.

    Expanding on BK:

    Caloric Excess = weight gain.
    Caloric Deficit = weight loss.

    Steroids increase muscle growth & decrease muscle atrophy.

    Steroids + excess calories = muscle growth (excess calories stored as fat.)

    Steroids + caloric deficit = fat loss (AS spares muscles wight loss comes mostly form fat.)

    I agree, yet I've always wondered how when I was 13/14 I would gain weight and muscle like crazy (high test levels = puberty) yet I hardly ate anything. I hear of many people that gain like 10 pounds of lbm on a cutting cycle and reduce the bf..?

    You can lose bodyfat and add muscle at the same time. It is very hard. Diet has to be superclean and all calories that you burn doing cardio need to be replaced with clean foods.
