when should i take this gear
dbol weeks 1-4 30mg day
test 250mg 2x per week
when should take dbol after or before workout all at once?
when should take test thinkin tuesday friday? before or after workout thanks?

example:
take dbol in morning say right before lift and around dinner?
and when to take the nolva???

spread dbol out. if its 5mg tabs, 10(mg) in the morning, 5(mg) at noon, 5(mg) at 4, 5(mg) at 8, 5(mg) at midnight.
doesnt matter when u take nolva, just keep it consistent.

i agree with swift. 15mg of creatine is a waste. also, SOME people dont like using creatine while on cycle because it can sometimes increase the pumps to a point where it hurts.

quick question for pct i wanna use clomid is that only available in injectible because they sell it on this site or somethin when u click on the " pct " link. cause i kno u gotta take dossage every day for like 2-3 weeks so if its shoots that seems like a lot?

How do you bros take dbol that often through the day. No way in hell will I take my liquid dbol to work... Guess I'll have to take my chances at 3x day before work, after workout in afternoon, and before bed.
Unless someone has other suggestions... is more than 3x ED really necessary? Half life is still something like 8 hrs right?
