Can estrogen level elevate after a cycle?

Can estrogen level elevate after a cycle if not doing PCT and result in gyno, even if signs of gyno isn't shown during the cycle?

Is gyno one reason to do clomid/nolva therapy post cycle besides of starting the natty test production?

Run Nolva 20mg/ED to combat the increase in estrogen during PCT.

Technically estrogen levels will actually be lower post cycle as there is no armoatization taking place. It is the ratio of androgens to estrogens that causes estrogen related problems post cycle.
