Divide & Conquer

Hope this isn't one of those rolling-eye questions. If one does a dose of Sustanon of 500mg per week, does that have to be "divided" into EOD shots to total 500, or can one just inject 250mg twice a week? Just hate to keep poking myself. I have to sit for a living to do my job.

twice a week for sust isn;t worth much.you won;t be utulizing the short esters. best bet would be enanth or cyp if you want to inject only 2xs per week.

I'm also stacking this with Deca. It's 300mg so will be adding it to the Sust. once a week in same syringe to ease up on the shots. That's all the gear I can get right now, so that's what I'm doing for my first cycle.

to keep your blood levels stable you need eod if not ed. try rotating between sites such as r shoulder, l shoulder, l glute, r glute, l quad, r quad

I just finished my 16 week cycle of omnadren(sus), d-bol, and winny. I shot my oms twice a week with great results.

I shot Saturday for the first time in my right quad and it's still hurting. I can't do a squat from the standing position without feeling it. But I'm massaging and stretching to see if that helps. I mean it's not that painful, but I do feel it.

The pain will go away....if you keep shooting your quads you will barely feel it after the third time. Just wait it out. No pain...no gain
