Ketotifen/clen magic
I guess you can use clen for many weeks with little downregulation with the help of an antihistamine. Ketotifen is supposed to work good. Anyone try this? I have no clue where to get it, is it over the counter? What is a good alternative that i can easily get? benadryl? help!! my clen is coming into use soon...

I have heard that you can use Benadryl. I will try to find where I saw this. I just started my clen /t3 cycle and plan on using Benadryl as an antihistamine.
Here is a thread that may be helpful to you:

But I had figured that our months and months beforehand and told the members of BB4L about it. I had the hypothesis and tested it on myself...later, I was given the research to back up my findings, since I couldn't find it at first....I was the first dude on the 'net to figure out you could use Benadryl for this purpose, actually...so wherever you heard it...it came (in some way) from me.

Well...I'm certainly not modest...it's against my beliefs...anyway, Benadryl will upgrade beta-receptors, but ketotifen is good for other stuff, especially pct...here's why:
Ketotifen lowers levels of the cytokine Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha (TNF-alpha), which is a catabolic hormone, and this is a property that Benadryl does not have to my knowledge. TNF-alpha lowers both testosterone and IGF-1 levels (3)(4), and strenuous exercise elevates TNF-alpha levels (5). Ketotifen's anabolic effects seem to be overshadowed (rendered inert) by anabolic steroids (1), however, so I reccomend it only during pct.
(Taken partly from my Ketotifen Profile)

Resistance training causes a spike in testosterone levels ...overtaining can lower them.
TNF-levels are raised by any kind of stress.

Yeah....I use the CVS brand.
The whole reason I even bothered researching Benadryl as an alternative to Ketotifen was because I wanted the average person who was using clen to be able to buy a $5 bottle of Benadryl at their local drugstore to upgrade their receptors, instead of a $50 bottle of Ketotifen they'd need to buy online or import from some overseas pharmacy.
