Nolva vs Clomid

From now on, everyone here at AR will be using Nolvadex instead of Clomid for PCT. We'll all be using letrozole for short-medium length cycles, and/or cutting cycles, and we will use Arimidex for all bulking cycles, and/or cycles over 12 weeks.

NO....look...you can get the same results off 20mgs of Nolvadex as you can from 150mgs of Clomid:

I don't know what to believe, who to listen to. Many people say clomid is a must.. I really don't look forward to clomid therapy after this cycle, but if something goes wrong with the pct and I'm not useing clomid people will blame that.. I'm under the impression that leaving out clomid will decrease the chances of acne so maybe I will go for nolva only..

Unless you have some sort of allergic reaction to the Clomid acne cannot be balmed on it. Acne, I believe, is caused by the inbalance of hormones, running up to and during PCT.

Nolva is a 3-4x stronger compound than clomid, less is required to achieve the same effects on LH. It improves lipid profiles. It doesn't affect eye sight. that is enough for me to use Nolva

Well...I've always said that the good thing about my body of work is that it's not predicated on "believing me". You can always check my references and see if the pieces all fit....

If you do, you'll see that Nolvadex is a better option than Clomid.

Someone said clomid acts faster than nolva in a earlier thread somewhere.. is that incorrect?

Hooker, do you think nolva will completely take over for clomid in the future? Is this info new to date and therefore will make clomid old fashion with time?

Also, since nolva is such a good thing, is it even better to do 40mgs/ed during pct?

The two are really very similar in structure. They have different uses in the medical community: tamoxifen is used as a treatment for breast cancer while clomid is used to help with fertility. In bodybuilding and in males the effect of these drugs is to stimulate the luteinizing hormone and restore natural testosterone production. They are both essentially weak estrogens, with nolva being the stronger of the two. from my point of view they are one and the same, with nolva being stronger and better.

Came across this post recently,
so Hooker, in YOUR opinion would up-ing the dose...say going to 40/60 mg per day of PCT in theory, be "more effective" in terms of compensating Clomid for Nolva?
