jsut a quick question its says 200mcg/ml i got up to 120mcg last time but how are supposed to measure out like 2/10ths of an ml to start off with like 40mcgs per day ?

or you can go to the pharmacy and get a 1ml dropper (small and very accurate .1 to 1.0) Its what I use

Yeah I was going to say you should get the droper from AR so you can measure but 1 squirt =20mcg so go from there its easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GET BIG
