    does it matter to shoot deca 1x or 2x a week?

    hm... im just wondering.. does it matter if i shoot my deca once or twice a week? i have been doing once a week.just wondering if i can do it 2x a week as to dillute my test e shot too...

    yes 2 x week is ideal (every 3.5 days)
