    'Var amounts

    I was thinking about making my own capsules of 'var from powder I got. Does anyone know what the avg. dose might be in a 00 size capsule?

    It is mostly filler. if you are making your own caps, you can decide how much to put in there. I think you could fit about 800mg if you filled it with straight var...so umm....don't do that. I do mine at 20mg ea. makes dosing very simple.

    I dosed mine at 20mg/cap and used glutamine as a filler.
