    do i need more nolva or anti estrogens

    500mg test e week for 10 weeks
    dbol weeks 1-4 30mg ed

    gonna run clomid for pct

    use 20mg of nolva ed throught cycle, should i up this does or will it be fine i dont wanna bloat to much and do i need to add anything else

    20mg's is fine, some people do 10mg's....

    rule of thumb: always have a bit more on hand in case u have any problems.

    Get some l-dex and run at .25 mg ED.

    liquidex is the liquid version of arimidex, an anti aromatase that prevents estrogen from aromatizing. Nolvadex simply blocks it from binding

    i c so if im takin 20mg of nolva ed should i be taking liquidex also? at what does, j/w will this help bloat alot and keep gains?

    dbol 30mg ed 1-4
    tes e 500mg 1-10
    clomid pct

    nolva can't touch liquidex in the bloating department. Ideally I'd take both together. Liquidex to block conversion and nolvadex to block binding of anything that may get converted and to help your lipid profiles. Remember nolva is a weak estrogen itself, it's good for you

    agreed, you can even go down to .25 ldex if you are running the nolva. That will keep your bloat down as well as any estrogen related sides.

    anyone get there stuff from https://www.anabolicreview-research.com the site above is so does it taste bad and is it legit? i also gotta order clomid from there for pct any experience with any of these from this site?
