400 is a good dose for the first cycle.
just go 600mg mon,wed,fri
ive only got 2 bottles enough for 10 weeks at 400 id have to order another to go 600

Thanx for the info... im actually done 1 week right now but you know how it goes.. i just keep itchin to add to it because its still early enough ..... but i'll just leave it alone and rock 400 for the duration
also has anyone used Dr. lee's shampoo and noticed a difference in shedding
ive been poppin 40mg dbol and im not sure if im actually shedding or if im just paranoid ive always had a few hairs on my towel even years ago but now im just really conciously paying attention to it.... its probably nothing
I can understand that... Just stick with one or two compounds though. you need ot pay attention to how your body handles it. If you add too much you risk sides at the expense of not knowing what is causing it... ya catch my drift?? Be patient. cool.. yea the db's have started kickin but i know thats only temporary... also i figured im only about 180 it would seem to reason that someone starting at over 200 would probably see less from my dose but since im a little light im hopin to see some pretty noticeable gains from this one..
You're better off doing 200mg every 4 days then 400mg every 7 days. I feel like crap if I go 7 days. Keep those levels up! JMO
yea.. ive been goin mon and thurs.. just ordered some 1.5 inchers though i want to play it safe and not waste any so i havent hit glutes yet
