    Is Clen the Answer

I have an older brother who has a weight problem causedby his thyroid. He has hypothroidism. He can't loose weight at all. Can he take clem for his thyroid and will it helphim loose weight? I wasn't sure what to tell him. I am researching this on my own right now, but iwanted to bring it to the board for some feedback. Thanks in advance for your input.

A Doc should be the first step.

They will prescribe Synthroid and adjust him over time to get the right dose.

I would wait until everything is in order with the Thyroid before taking "extra" steps.
