I think the tapering up down is a much better approach, and 200mcg's at any time is FAR too much. 100mcg's is as high as anyone should go, as diet/cardio should take care of most of the fat loss.
To each his own however, this is just my opinion from feedback from 100's that I have worked with.

Why you running it 1 week on & 1 week off bro?What will you be running to combat muscle loss? I found the best cycle was shown by Cycleon.
why not stretch it out to at least a 20day cycle?(thats what im doing now) it will allow you more time on your peak 100mg and also more time to gradually taper off
i would taper up and taper down......so you dont jolt your thyroid
run for 4-6 weeks no longer...
