T3 Always causes a crash!
I'm just curious, Assuming my sleep is adequate.... would the only reason that every time I begin to take t3, my body temps crash and metabolic SLOWDOWN actually occurs, be my diet? Like i've always been under the impression that I've had a somewhat TOO low calorie diet, and my thyroid is struggling. Are t3 crashes I'm experiencing almost a tell tale sign that my calories have been too low for too long and my thyroid is struggling??

When I ran T-3 I noticed I had real bad insomnia. Also noticed a little tingle every now and then in my hands but I think it was caused by GH. I was also on a cycle and I tend to feel warmer when on-cycle.

So far so good, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
