I have dropped down from about 9 or 10 percent body fat to 3.9% with only losing about 5 to 8 pounds on the scale. Development is amazing straight is through the roof. But I only look big with my shirt off or a tank top, I would like to gain back my 5 or more pounds on the scale but of lean muscle of course. Should I continue my cycle longer and add calories maybe even add another compound or change a compound around to react my goals. I am thinking of continuing my cycle for another 4 - 6 weeks.
