I would like to continue results
I would like to continue results;
I am finishing my last week of an 8 week cycle of
Wk 1 – 8 prop 100mg ed
Wk 1 – 8 Tren 50mg ed
Wk 2 – 6 winny 50mg ed
Wk 6 – 8 winny 75mg ed
I am 29 5 7’ and weight in at 165 pounds
I have dropped down from about 9 or 10 percent body fat to 3.9% with only losing about 5 to 8 pounds on the scale. Development is amazing straight is through the roof. But I only look big with my shirt off or a tank top, I would like to gain back my 5 or more pounds on the scale but of lean muscle of course. Should I continue my cycle longer and add calories maybe even add another compound or change a compound around to react my goals. I am thinking of continuing my cycle for another 4 - 6 weeks.
Any suggestions out there plz and thank you

i think it is 2 short gear let it b 12 weeks it will b better

are you in a show soon because 3.9% is very low

stocky121 no i am not in a show i just wanted to see how lean i could get thinking of competing next year but i when i went for my fitness test i didn't think i was going to be that low in body fat

if your getting good gains with the amount ur using now then just keep it the same, u dont wanna risk getting side effects by running a higher dose.

i'd suggest continuing the prop through week 10 or 12...i'd keep the dose the same, but make sure you tweak your diet to put on some pounds.
i'd also suggest no more winny, i don't like the idea of running orals for longer than 6 weeks or so.

So you wanna do a lean bulk now. Heck at 3.9% bf you can definitely do that. I think you can afford to gain back a little fat while putting on a lot of muscle.
For lean bulking I love test prop and winny. But like someone already said you've run your course with the winny already for this cycle. Don't extend it. So first drop the winny. I'd keep running the test prop and the tren exactly the same as you are now. I'd just change my diet to keep it clean but increase the calories. Read the diet sticky, understand it, and follow it exactly but with enough calories for you to bulk.
Deca is the last thing you want to use now and I don't really see a need for clen . Maybe the clen would help a little to keep you lean while bulking, but you seem like a naturally kind of lean guy so I doubt you really need it.
I think the big question though is do you stop now, do PCT, and run the lean bulker later. Or do you keep going and extend your cycle? That's really up to you. If you've got the gear I'd personally extend the cycle, add HCG , and do a longer PCT. I have heard that running a bulker right after cutting can do wonders..... Besides you're already shut down, what will it hurt to keep going for 4 weeks?
