did anyone crash after there first cycle

takin first cycle test e 500mg week 10weeks dbol 30 4 weeks gonna do clomid for pct and 20mg nolva throught whoel cycle....my question is did anyone do a cycle like this for first cycle and how hard was it to keep gains weight wise and strength wise?

just make sure to up the calories a little during pct, keep lifting hard, and you should maintain a good amt of gains

I did a cycle that was similar to that for my first, and I had no problems keeping my gains. As long as you don't **** up your PCT you should have no problems keeping most of the gains.

He means "screw up PCT". Keep to the plan...... CLomid and Nolva therapy as outlined in numerous posts on the board. Follow this, maintain cals and workout intensity and you should be fine. Don't overtrain and get your rest!

Did you crash because of lack of PCT ? or do you mean because of the stack you chose, if so why ?

first cycle

First cycle 1992
testoviron depot, injections 1/week with 18 GA pin.
tapered cycle with no pct
I crashed one day while on a camping trip in Canada. Got very emotional, could not stop looking in the mirror, I actually thought that I was shrinking post cycle. :1laugh:
That sucked, but at 21 YO, I did not know any better. On a positive note, I did not loose anything post cycle, size or strength.
