quad injection how deep

When injecting into your quad how deep do you want to stick the needle?? I have 1-1/2 inch needles and i think that would be to deep? also i looked at spotinjections. But my buddy told me once to stand straight up and let your hand hang down and where your middle fingertip hits on your quad thats where you inject? does that sound about right to anyone???

I use a 1' pin and go all the way in.... depending on how big your quads are... 1.5 IMO is a little too much.... just go 3/4 the way in.

I put whole 1,5 inch in and haven't got any problems. No pain at all.. My opinion is that 1/2 inches is too little for quads. Good for shoulders example.

What about the delts? I have a 22g 1.5 inch needle. Can I shoot the 22g in the delt and how far?

The whole 1.5 inches should not be a problem, however I use the 1 inchers and go in all the way. I also prefer to be sitting down as well.

25g 1" are perfect.

You can shoot at at different spots higher and lower as well on your quad... just make sure you stick to the outside
