Never had this before...injection question

Just got done with my shot of 2cc's test cyp... usually always had good injections with really no problems.But today got the needle in and my muscles in my leg started spasming.Not real bad but enough for me to withdraw the needle.I waited ,changed needles and shot the cyp.Now my ass where i injected and a little down my leg is a little numb. Anything to worry about or probably just nicked a nerve?Just need a little advice to feel better..thanks

i love it when i get a nerve....next time im gonna aim for a nerve in my arm while holding my d1ck. lol
