maybe just a couple days, as they are both short esters. They will be out your blood in no time... I would highly recommend HCG at 500iu E4D during your cycle, have some Nolva on hand, and do proper PCT with ldex, nolva and clomid. Tren is harsh, will shut you down and if you dont take the proper steps, you can lose a lot...
I would, not just because you have it because I would have planned it that way.

run it for an extra 2 weeks. it'll make PCT a bit easier.
Should always be done that way- at least another 2 weeks of prop after tren is done!

if you are usin tren a you can stop the prop at the same time because both are out of your system in 3 days.the active life for both is 3 days.
