how to get enough calories during the day

Guys I work 12-14 hrs a day, It is so hard to keep my calorie intake up to 4000 a day. Is there a good way to supplement this in anyway. I eat protein bars on the go, but are there any mini meals I could start eating to get through till my meals. Please advise

Mix up a weight gainer shake and split it up in between meals. Wake up in the middle of the night to put an additional shake down as well with some casein in it. There's some easy additional calories doing that.

you can wake up if you beleive protein is more important than straight sleep, or if you believe that straight sleep is more important just drink milk or casein before bed with some good fats such as mct oil or natty pb.

Make about 12-18 egg whites scrambled at a time. I usually eat half for my morning meal and then refrigerate the other half.

Then in the evening nuke the already cooked ones in the microwave and wallllah, you have an instant high protein meal without having to go through all the preparations again. Plus if you need to, just take the tupperware of eggs with you, there is a microwave just about anywhere you go/work these days so it makes it convienant.

I usually add in some Tysons, Chicken Faijeta strips which come frozen fully cooked and ready to microwaved. Add in the chicken with the eggs and you got a fabulous high protein meal!!!!!! Good Luck To You Brother!

If you have access to a microwave where you work, then get organic pre-made meals. The organic ones are low in sodium, have about 50 grams of carbs and 25 grams of protein. Perfect meal if you ask me. Also, these meals are packed and frozen directly after being made so technically they're fresh meals. Do the trick for me as I eat atleast one a day.

Sugar free preservatives. I too keep a jar of natty PB with me at all times, I usually go through a jar a week when eating between meals at work.
