test cycle question
What do people think of running just test for a first cycle? Test e or cyp, for maybe 10 weeks 400-600 mg a week.

thats the norm mate 500mg test weekly 10-12 weeks.

How much do you weigh, if your over 200lbs i would run 600mgs of test-E or cyp for 12-14 weeks and then wait 2 weeks after last shot and run pct clomid and noval.!!!!!!!!GET BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally a newbie who wants to do an intelligent first cycle! Good for you! You have been doing your homework.
Your first cycle is a learning experience. You should be learning how test alone affects you. You should especially be learning whether or not you are especially sensitive to estrogen or have problems with excessive aromatization. In that vein, you should, for this first cycle, have your nolva on standby, and not take it until or if you notice symptoms of gyno or severe bloating. If you take the normal preventative dose, you will not even know if it was necessary or not. Normally, one uses a light dose of nolva through the cycle for the other benefits of this very useful drug, such as controlling your lipids profile. For your first cycle, you can safely dispense with that because it is more important to be able to observe how your body reacts to the test.
Your next cycle could be a higher dose test cycle, or you could add a kickstart such as 40-50mg/ED dbol the first 4 weeks, or maybe some prop. The next one could see the addition of deca or eq. The next one might incorporate winny at the end, to help tighten up a bit. A subsequent cycle could include fina and winny and prop for a nice hard look. Take it in intelligent steps and always be in learning mode. You have your whole life ahead of you. If you only gain 10lbs your first cycle, so what? Don't be discouraged if you lose some or much of it. Look for the causes, and correct them. Keep working on your nutrition and your training and recovery. Learn about ancilliaries and related drugs. And welcome to the dark side.
