    Cutting With Gear

Hey Bros - When cutting with low doses of gear, is it possible to add mass to parts that are undertrained/lagging? I have not worked my calfs or forearms for a long time and it shows - I would like to add mass to them but I am cutting right now. Will they respond better than well-developed muscles even in a caloric deficit due to their underdevelopment?

aside from working them on leg day, i've found that doing the stairmaster as your cardio and flexing your calves at the top of each step can blow your calves up.

Is this true even while cutting? In other words, my question is: Can you put on mass to underdeveloped bodyparts while cutting? (easier than putting on mass to more developed muscles - which I find to be very difficult while cutting)

Yes but my question is will they grow while in a caloric deficit?
