I thought i had this all figured out till i was reading a post the other day. A while back i asked what the best cycle would be in order to put on alot of mass. (keep in mind this is my first cycle). Everyone said Deca-Test cycle. Now i am reading that if its your first cycle to go simple like just sust because your gains are gonna be good anyway.
Well ive got Deca 300 and Test 400 can someone tell me how much of each i should take if its my first cycle and how long i should run them.
