My girl friend wants to shed 5-10 pounds, And wants me to get her some clen. What would be a good way for her to cycle this.
Should it be a 2 week on 2 week off ,
or just a strait cycle, ? how long does a cycle of clen last?
4 weeks 8 weeks, Ive never tried it so im not sure ?

U may want to change the name of your thread to attract more of our female members, or have your girl join and check the female forum...(since this question has been answered a million times over).
but 2 weeks on and 2 off IS the correct way
6-8 tabs a day, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off for as long as you want!

You know how girls can be, if they dont see results the next day they panic, but she is very athelitic does tons of cardio so it should work well ...
4 weeks with me...make sure to also space them over the day but none after say 2pm or she will not sleep
are u sure that high amount since she is female i beleve women do less but what do i know...
