    how much gains??

    I am planning to run test prop for 10 weeks, 100mg eod injections. with proper dieting, rest, and good workouts, about how much should I expect to gain?

    Bro everyone is SO different no one can tell you what you will gain. They could guess but thats all it would be. Prop is very good though.
