    UK Safer? Fake name works?

    I was wondering-what if you use a ficticious name on the package? What are the laws, do's and dont's with that? I read some stuff on that, but havent got a definite answer. Any articles or sites or info somebody has regarding this situation.
    Also is it true that recieving shipments from the UK are easier than some other countries, or is this complete b.s?
