How To Do A Source Check
Guys we've been getting a lot of thread asking how or who to do a source check with. PM or e-mail a mod or vet, if you e-mail a mod or the mod asks you to e-mail then use a secure e-mail addy.
Remember to include what you are asking about, because we get lots of pm' and e-mails and it hard to remember what everyone said in their last pm or e-mail. If you are communicating with a mod or vet through pm, hit the quote button, don't start a new pm, because we/I sometimes need to read what we were talking about before we/I answer.
Remember if a mod or vet ask you to e-mail him, most time our e-mail addy will be in out signature (sig). Remember to include why he asked you to e-mail him/her. Don't ask them to e-mail you or give them your addy so they can e-mail you. We're help to help, but you need to do some of the work so we can help.
If you don't know what a secure addy is read up on it, if you don't know what they are you're not ready to deal with supplement suppliersIt's not that hard to figure out, we want to help but you need to do the feet work.
