Beginner cycle

Hey, I wanna take my first cycle, but im really confused. Everyone that i talk to, tells me somethingelse. So im not sure what i should take. Im 25 and about 180. If you have any suggestions or advice it would be much appreciated.

This is what i was thinking of taking

weeks 1-3 Sust 250
weeks 4-7 Sust 500
weeks 8-10 Sust 250
Weeks 1-3 Androl 50 ed
Weeks 7-10 50mg Winstrol eod
followed by Pct
Any thoughts....

Bro do 500mg of sus a week for 10-12 weeks, start pct 3 weeks after last shot

same, run 125mg eod

I agree I'm currently running a 12 wk sust cycle at 500mg dont fluctuate...it will mess with your horomones and blood levels to much.
