If they are legit the tabs should work the same, but liquid IMO gets in your bloodstream faster, at least i noticed this.

I have used AR-R's liquid clenbuterol and I would highly recommend their product. Their liquid clen is very potent. I can not speak from experience as far as the tabs go but I would believe the liquid form would work faster and better. Your body doesn't have to break the pill down when using the liquid.

with the ar-r liquid clen, how much is one spray? how many mcg's?

One squirt = 20mcg. AR-R clen is top notch and better than the tab form IMO.
